Click on PhotoOn the ten-year anniversary of my appearance on Oprah, I decided to revisit who I was and what was unfolding back then. Single, bright-eyed and packed for London, my next chapter was about to begin. Trauma led me to a turning point. A loss gave birth to a win.

When life feels like it is over, it might just be starting. The key is to reframe.
